Great comfortable location for touring the Grand Canyon. Positive: Larger than expected. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Negative: Bathroom shower curtain needs cleaning, foul odor because of this.

Overall, it was in a great location and very cute. Positive: Cute cottage and set up, it was perfect. Negative: It had a really bad musky smell that just didn't seem to go away. The bed was not very comfortable.
