Best customer service manager ever!

I loved the theme of the room, and the cleaver use of the western decorations. Enjoyed town. Positive: We loved the fact that you could walk 1 block and you were in the middle of downtown Tombstone, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was completely updated and very cool western theme, loved it. Negative: No way to contact the front desk from the room, and we didn't realize they don't clean the room daily, or at least the bathroom for clean towels and coffee pods.

Positive: The room was really nice and looked just like the pictures It was close enough to walk to downtown Tombstone. Negative: We arrived a little late, and our room key was taped on the office door. There was also no convenient location to eat close by.

Good value for money, in a great location, but still very much a motel room. Positive: A great location and value for money. Spacious and clean room, with an interesting twist on historic decor. Negative: The walls/ceiling are every thin. Unfortunately, we had some less than respectful guests staying above us who made a lot of noise at 4am for 2 hours. You could everything. If you check in after 8pm the office is not open and we had some issues with the access code. It was eventually sorted but after several (expensive because we are international travellers) phone calls to the reception team.
